Camping fees for tents, log pods and campervans are only refundable where cancellations are received more than 21 days prior to the date of your arrival.

A 20% cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from the refund for each booking.

If the lock is ‘yellow boarded’, meaning the river is unsafe for unpowered craft, then canoes will not go out and we will refund you in full.
