Located close to the entrance to Badswell Lane, the award winning Appleton Community Village Shop stocks a wide range of everyday food and household items, fresh vegetables, dairy & meat products, wine & beer, special occasion cards and stationery items, newspapers, magazines, self-service coffee, local cheeses, sandwiches, sausage rolls, and cake.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 1pm (3pm in July & August)
Sunday: 8am to midday
Walk back up the hill from the campsite, turn left at the gates at the top of the lock road, and left again at the end of Badswell Lane. The village shop is a little way along – on the left. (approx 1/4 mile)
